Many years ago, I made a trip to Vienna with my parents and my syster where I’ve discovered a marvelous artist: Friedensreich Hundertwasser .

I’ve been totally fascinated by his colors and his architecture, always looking for harmony with nature.

Here one of his paintings……

….. and this is one of my paintings  of the “Cities Series” that I made almost 20 years ago after that trip.

In this moment of my artistic life where I’ve decided to focus on figurative paintings I feel close to another very famous Austrian artist: Gustav Klimt. His mysterious female figures, mothers and sirens, inspire me a lot (Klimt on Artsy).

I believe that Art and Beauty can contribute to make a better society and to positively evolve mankind. It’s a long and wide discussion that cannot be expressed in a short blog post. It’s much better to let Art talk and let critics explain it in a much better way.

Good night my friends 🙂
